Company produces autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) texoBLOCK. It is a reconstructed stone with uniformly distributed interstices. AAC consists of silica sand, cement, burned lime and water. It is manufactured in industrial conditions with the help of German state-of-the-art WEHRHAHN machinery.

• texoBLOCK GRAND

TexoBLOCK GRAND is used for construction of exterior and bearing walls without the use of additional heat-insulating materials. These blocks are manufactured from aerated concrete with average dry density of 400 kg/m² and compression strength fb of 2,5 N/mm². These blocks allow to construct bearing walls from the basement to up to 2.5 storeys according to all construction norms. Due to their low weight and high rigidity, these blocks are often used for wall filling in high-rise skeleton-type constructions. The GRAND blocks are first grade wall blocks; they comply with all the requirements of Harmonized standard and have the CE marking. Due to their even and rectangular shapes, these blocks are laid on special thin-layer adhesive. Each block has a mortice/tenon and a grip on its end-face. All these features allow to mount the blocks correctly, evenly and easily.

• texoBLOCK CLASSIC

TexoBLOCK CLASSIC is used for construction of bearing, interior and exterior walls with the use of additional heat-insulating materials. These blocks are manufactured from aerated concrete with average dry density of 500 kg/m³ and compression strength fb of 3,5 N/mm². These blocks allow to construct bearing walls from the basement to up to 3 storey according to all construction norms. Due to their low weight and high rigidity, these block s are often used for wall filling in high-rise skeleton-type constructions. The CLASSIC blocks are first grade wall blocks, they comply with all the requirements of Harmonized standard and have the CE marking.

• texoBLOCK SCREEN

TexoBLOCK SCREEN is used for the construction of partition walls. TexoBLOCK SCREEN blocks are first grade wall blocks, these comply with all regulations of the Harmonized standard and have a CE marking. Due to their even and rectangular shape the blocks are laid on a special thin-layer glue.

• texoBLOCK ADHESIVE

TexoBLOCK adhesive for aerated concrete  is a special dry adhesive mixture, which is diluted with water right prior to use. Use of dry adhesive mixtures of the «just add some water» type at the construction sites is very convenient. Just pour the necessary quantity of the mixture out of the sack, add water and mix it with a hand mixer right at the working place.  The adhesive is applied to the blocks with a toothed trowel.
